Keep your wits sharp but your look sharper.
Prepare to see more of our laying fantasies come alive, we don’t plan on stopping any time soon. Even if it is mid July…

Layers, Seattle’s all for encouraging them. After the big move we were sure to pack our scarves, shawls and tights for the initial and ever different change from what was once hot and humid to cold and overcast. Regardless of the weather, I had to bring my sunnies.
Sheer Tan Vintage button down and a black bow tie.
I can’t help it…being a male in a female world or even mindset I just love to fuck with all of the classics, some of my favorite looks have been takes on the tuxedo where I threw on a lace crown over a white button down and a pair of leather leggings under it, or a much too short short rather than a khaki pant under the classic sweater over a button down look. This was a take on two things, it was first a take on a look worn by Seinna Miller in ” Factory Girl ” that I loved; and second the look was my take on that classic ” T-Shirt and Jeans ” look. The thigh-high and bicycle short look beneath the sheer jumper was just for fun. I loved the little stripe of skin beneath the sheer skin of the Jumper Pant to go with the Stripes of my fabulous fitting T-Shirt. I’m having fun with Fashion today, and sometimes it’s not about what looks good but what makes you feel good and I think I look and Feel pretty fucking good; two birds with one stone I guess.

I have become obsessed with this Cache Cashmere Cardigan, the fabric is so rich and wonderful and I can not get enough of it’s amazing fit ! I first wore it for J and A’s Seattle Summer Special shoot because I thought it gave the look a little class…and that is what it continually does for every look I pair it with. The Dolce Vita Sandal Wedge is a little too tall for mama, I find myself falling all over the place in them however I just cant get enough of how fabulous my legs look and how toweringly tall I feel.
I have been so inspired by the YouthQuake Movement lead by the ageless Betsey Johnson, Twiggy, Edie Sedgwick, Andy Warhol and coined by Diana Vreeland. I like so many others had a long standing love for the great Mrs. Sedgwick and with that a love of the movie based upon her troubled life “Factory Girl”. Edie’s look was something so simple and yet continually sexy, tights and a t-shirt and she was ready to go. Although I have never been the greatest fan of the simple t-shirt, I have found myself more and more drawn to it ( especially after I joined the Olsen Sister’s StyleMint ) there is this kinda of classic cool that comes with a great fitting t-shirt like this Frazier Lawrence stripped t-shirt. Very Edie, Very Easy and Very Cool.
Gave Alix the camera for a second to take a quick snap shot of me at Sushi…a little too serious maybe, but hey I have one face and I’ve been told I do it well…

Ridding Pant junkie, this may be the first time I have worn these on the blog, but they are an everyday staple for me and an easy go to.
It’s taken me ages to figure out what I wanted to pair with this Jacket…I am so fond of it and wanted to make it a special occasion for it’s blog debut, but as J and A becomes more and more ” casual ” in terms of our every day life I thought I would literally just “throw it on” and it works. I loved this layering combination with the sequin t-shit beneath the sheer tan, it was even better in person but I felt came across well via my Nikon.
